Good location, spacious room size, helpful maintenance staff

Room service response lacking!!! Heating system and TV issues unexplored!!! Plan on frequent complaints to enjoy anything!!! They really need to step up their maintenance game!!!

ideal base for city explorations with great nearby parks

my stay was wonderful, as the hotel is conveniently close to beautiful parks like model town park, and it only took me 10 minutes to walk to the lively gulberg galleria for some shopping and dining options which made my city strolls so enjoyable.

Mr. Nehal was a total chommie, really made my stay special with his helpfulness. The brekkie was on point, tons of variety to choose from! Room was comfy and clean, really felt at home, ja!

Check-in took a bit longer than I’d hoped, but nothing too serious, just a small hiccup.

The stay was quite comfortable with very clean and nice shower facilities. Special mentions go to Mr Muhammad Shabbir for making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The food offered was delicious with a good variety. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home during my visit.
